The Porcelain Sip Cup is designed for slow moments and small servings. It’s lightweight yet durable, made from high-fired porcelain with a soft satin finish. The form is slightly flared at the lip, offering a comfortable sip with every use. Ideal for tea, espresso, or a quiet pour of wine, it invites you to pause and savor. Each cup is subtly unique, shaped by hand and glazed with care. Its compact size makes it easy to stack or display, and its quiet aesthetic suits any table. A simple, beautiful object that makes the everyday feel special.
At Clay + Coast, we believe in the quiet power of handmade objects. Each piece that leaves our studio carries the rhythm of human touch — shaped by intention, not perfection. We embrace slow processes, natural materials, and the beauty that comes from imperfection. Our work is rooted in the idea that functional objects can still be deeply personal, quietly expressive, and part of a more mindful daily life.
Our ethos is grounded in community, creativity, and connection to place. We’re inspired by the West Coast’s textures and tones — ocean-worn stones, shifting tides, coastal light. Whether you’re joining a workshop or holding a finished piece in your hands, we hope to share a little of that grounding calm. We’re not here to mass-produce — we’re here to shape objects with care, one piece at a time.
Objects that are made slowly and intentionally, with care in every detail.
Form meets function — pottery meant to be lived with daily.
Inspired by coastal textures, tides, and the rich Pacific landscape.
A shared space for learning, making, and creative connection.
