Shape Meets Fire/Our Process

Preparation

Every piece begins with raw clay, kneaded and prepared by hand to remove air and find balance — a quiet ritual before the form takes shape.

Shaping & Throwing

Using the wheel or hand-building techniques, we guide the clay into form. Slow, intentional movements let the material speak and settle into its own character.

Drying & Firing

Once shaped, each piece is air-dried and bisque fired to strengthen the body, readying it for glazing and its final transformation in the kiln.

Finishing

Soft glazes and matte textures are applied with care. A final high firing locks in the form, revealing each object’s true surface, tone, and individuality.
